Prawn Stuffing – for Squid or Fish

Stuff

  • 100 g fish fillet or squid tube, rough chopped
  • 250 g prawn tails, peeled and rough chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, smashed and fine chopped
  • 2 cups baby spinach, course chopped
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ – ¾ cup panko bread crumbs
  • ½ cup grated pamasan cheese
  • 1 small ref chillie, very fine chopped or 2 pinches dry chillie flakes
  • salt

Method

In a food processor blend to fine paste
